Days of Our Lives’ Day Players have raised a lot of money for charity.
The Day Players Band, comprised of Days of Our Lives stars Brandon Barash, Carson Boatman, Eric Martsolf, and Wally Kurth, have had a busy schedule this year. They’ve got shows coming up in Georgia,
Florida, North Carolina and California and are going strong despite Barash’s surprising exit from the show. Recently, they played in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Virginia Beach, Virginia, and raised money for a
worthy cause.
The Day Players to the Rescue
The band, along with Coastal Entertainment, shared a post on Instagram that read, “Raleigh and Virginia Beach! Thank you all so much for coming out to see us this weekend. With your help, We were able to raise over $1,500.00 for Red Cross to help with relief for #hurricanemilton. We hope you had as much fun as we did playing and hanging with you all! Here are some photos and shenanigans from the trip. Also, catch us this coming Saturday, November 2nd in #losangeles at @bourbonroomhollywood at 8pm!” (Check out the band’s backstage routine.)
Several videos and photos were attached to the post with the first one an interesting shot from behind the band as they were on stage, and Boatman (Johnny) was getting the audience roaring with laughter. The next video was laugh-out-loud funny with Boatman trying to pour a coup of tea while on top of a seated Martsolf (Eric). Barash (Stefan) can be heard chuckling as he asked Boatman if he got his tea. Meanwhile, Martsolf made him get off because his leg was cramping.

Side-Splittingly Funny
There were two photos that showed the band meeting and greeting fans who were very happy. On the post, one fan loved the Boatman/Martsolf tea struggle, responding, “I spit my water out watching that 2nd clip. Omg. Hahahabhahahaha.” The second pic was taken at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in Virginia Beach, and one fan who was there commented: “Had an amazing time at the Funny Bone! Hoping you guys come see us again soon.”
One ardent fan replied to the post with: “We are still talking about how fun Raleigh was… Thanks for the great entertainment guys!! 🎤🎸.” And another follower who was concerned about Barash’s exit from DAYS wrote, “You guys are the best! Please come back to upstate NY! And please please @brandonjbarash don’t ever leave The Day Players! Your fans love you!”
