General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 21 to November 1, reveal that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will deliver some important requests to Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Since Sam is gearing up for her transplant surgery during the week of October 21-25, she may seek reassurance that Jason will look after Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Drew will be there for Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).

Sam might talk about needing extra downtime following the procedure and get her exes’ support.

However, Sam might also acknowledge the possibility of complications and want to be sure her kids will get the support they need if anything goes wrong.

Despite a little setback on Lulu’s end of things, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will make a persuasive argument for why the surgery should move forward.

We’ll see Lucky help avoid a snag somehow, so he’ll be glad he could pitch in.

Across town, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will spill a stunning secret to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who’ll most likely be floored when she admits Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) are cousins thanks to their Scorpio connection.

Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) reasons for keeping Sasha under wraps will flop hard with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), who’ll be upset over his ex robbing him of the chance to know her until now.

Holly will also have a faceoff with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) later, so we’ll see if this is about Sasha or perhaps the diamonds Holly stole from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

It could even be a showdown about both issues since Anna will definitely be hopping mad!

Elsewhere, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be furious with Holly for abandoning Sasha and throwing her life into such turmoil now.

It sounds like Nina and Holly could end up having a fight or two of their own soon enough.

Holly’s plan for the stolen diamonds fell through, but it seems like she’s hoping Sonny will be able to help her with a sale.

GH spoilers say Sonny will show off his cautious side, so he may be reluctant to make a deal.

Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll make a vow to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and ultimately put a plan in motion.

Curtis may want an insurance policy when it comes to silencing Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) or maybe this will be about keeping Heather Webber (Alley Mills) locked up.

Meanwhile, Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) will have to stay calm under pressure when a crisis erupts.

We’ll also see Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) defend her actions and plead with Jason to see things her way.

Jason may still be wary of Carly’s growing connection to Brennan, but Carly clearly sees his softer side.

In comings and goings news, Steven Webber (Scott Reeves) will return to Port Charles on October 24, so he’ll catch up with a stunned Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and reunite with Mama Heather Webber (Alley Mills), too.

Back with Robert, he’ll fill Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) in on the daughter Holly hid from him.

There may be confirmation from the WSB lab by then, so Robert will reveal the Sasha shocker and leave Diane reeling.

At the hospital, Sam and Lulu will be prepped for surgery, so look for Sam to share some sweet moments with her loved ones ahead of the transplant.

Sam will tear up as she bonds with Scout and gets support from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who’ll wait for positive updates once the procedure moves forward.

Unfortunately, GH spoilers indicate that Sam’s grim fate is rapidly approaching.

It’s possible Sam won’t survive the surgery – or maybe Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) or another character will sabotage her recovery in the aftermath.

Regardless, Sam’s demise may play out during the week October 28-November 1 and rock Port Charles.

Although Sam’s gift will give Lulu a second chance at life, Sam’s own life will be cut short.

It’ll be heartbreaking to see the reactions of Danny, Scout, Alexis, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and everyone else who’s close to Sam.
