Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown), meanwhile, pays Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) a visit in Weatherfield General, where the concerned mum awaits an update on Frankie.

But while there, Dee-Dee gets unexpected news about Joel Deering (Calum Lill), which might help in proving his guilt.

And Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) is left reeling when Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) takes shocking action at the corner shop.

Sarah is left reeling when Daniel interrupts a phone meeting she’s having at the factory with big news. The teacher reveals that Bethany is in intensive care in a Turkish hospital with a serious infection.

Wednesday September 25

Dee-Dee pays Lauren a visit at the hospital for an update on Frankie. Lauren, however, piques her interest when she reveals that she’s been tracking Joel’s movements – which are suspicious to say the least.

What’s more, Joel has transferred Lauren a large amount of cash, which Dee-Dee reckons could work in Lauren’s favour as it proves that he’s got something to feel guilty about.

Friday September 27

Hope distracts Aadi at the corner shop, asking for a packet of prawn cocktail crisps, which prompts him to go into the back to look.

When his back is turned, Hope steals a number of vapes and makes a run for it, leaving Aadi in shock as he realises what has transpired.
