1. Billy rushes to Paul’s side
After his night out, Billy is feeling worse for wear and soon realises that he’s lost his phone. As the phone contains all his photos and memories of Paul, Billy panics and sets off to retrace his steps.
Meanwhile, Bernie and Summer are horrified to discover Paul unresponsive and struggling to breathe.
Summer calls for an ambulance, but it quickly becomes clear that Paul doesn’t have much time left. Bernie and Summer try their best to keep Paul alive long enough for Billy to make it home. Will Billy make it in time to say goodbye to Paul?
2. Paul’s family struggle in the aftermath
In the aftermath of Paul’s passing, Billy wakes up and is faced with the reminder of Paul’s empty wheelchair. He’s hit with the reality that his life will have to continue without his husband.
The grief over Paul’s death causes tensions to run high between Billy and the rest of Paul’s family as they try to plan his funeral.
3. The net closes in on Rowan
Nick reveals to Toyah that he’s going to report Rowan’s blackmail to the police, and later hands over a notebook to Lisa with all the details.
Meanwhile, Leanne has been plotting her own takedown against Rowan after recent events helped her see the light about his shady practices.
She confides to Amy that she emailed herself some files from Rowan’s computer, hoping that they may provide the key to getting Amy’s money back.
4. Nick receives an update
Leanne and Toyah try to piece their relationship back together after a difficult few months. Sam urges them to put Nick behind them and remember that they’re sisters above all else.
Later, Nick pays them a visit with some news about Rowan.
5. Alina comes out of hiding
Alina has been keeping a low profile after she received a threatening visit from a thug who warned her off giving her victim impact statement at the ongoing human trafficking trial.
Tyrone receives the good news that the traffickers have been arrested and that Alina has come out of hiding and will be picking up Dorin.
6. Ruby and Dorin go missing
When Hope and Ruby enthuse about getting to know Dorin, Tyrone grows upset at the prospect that Dorin will soon be gone from their lives.
Alina confirms his fears when she reveals that they’ll be leaving for Romania the following day, but the pair receive a shock when Tyrone realises that Hope and Dorin have gone missing from the backyard.

7. Lisa continues her investigation of Joel
Lisa tells Dee-Dee that Joel’s work phone showed text message exchanges with a mystery woman, and she intends to follow it up.
Craig agrees to assist Lisa with her investigation, but she warns him that nobody can find out about their enquiries or they could lose their jobs.
Craig tracks down the contact, named Ellie, but will she want to cooperate?
8. Ken keeps his win from Amy
Amy tells Ken about her plans to work more hours in an attempt to replace the £40,000 she lost to The Institute.
Later, Ken feels guilty about hiding his premium bonds win from Amy. He shares his dilemma with Cassie and reveals that he’s considering gifting the money to Amy.

9. Betsy has suspicions about Lisa and Carla
Lisa and Carla have been growing far closer in recent weeks, after becoming firm friends earlier this year.
Their bond doesn’t go unnoticed by Betsy, who discovers the two having a deep conversation and insinuates that there’s more to their relationship than meets the eye.
10. Tracy considers giving Tommy another chance
Tommy sends a message to Tracy, who decides to share it with Amy and ask her advice.
Tracy reveals that Tommy has begged her to come home and told her how much he misses her. Will Amy advise Tracy to return to Spain or stay on the cobbles?
