Coronation Street, Emmerdale and EastEnders will all face further scheduling changes this week.
Ongoing coverage of Euro 2024 have affected all three soaps – and now official schedules from the BBC
and ITV have revealed how they will continue to be impacted.
Coronation Street only airs two hour-long episodes this week, with the first airing on Monday (July 8) at 8pm on ITV1. The second follows on Tuesday (July 9), also in an 8pm timeslot.
The Weatherfield soap will be available to watch early on ITVX from 7am on both days.

Emmerdale has an extended hour-long slot on Monday (July 8) from 7pm on ITV1, making up for last Friday’s missing episode.
The show continues on Tuesday (July 9) at 7.30pm, but won’t air on Wednesday (July 10) due to ITV1’s live coverage of the England vs. Netherlands game.
Thursday’s hour-long Emmerdale (July 10) airs at the usual time of 7.30pm, but Friday’s (July 11) screens at the earlier time of 7pm due to ITV1’s live coverage of the Lionesses’ Euro 2025 qualifier against the Republic of Ireland.
Emmerdale is also currently dropping new episodes at 7am on the day of broadcast on ITVX.

Meanwhile, EastEnders – which is also currently being affected by Wimbledon coverage – will remain on BBC Two on Monday evening (July 8) at the usual time of 7.30pm.
There is no TV broadcast on Tuesday this week (July 9) and the Walford soap shifts back to BBC One on Wednesday evening (July 10) at 7.30pm.
BBC One also has an EastEnders double bill on Thursday (July 11) at 8.15pm and 8.45pm.
EastEnders is keeping its usual Monday-Thursday episode pattern on BBC iPlayer this week, so this could be the best way to keep track amid the ongoing scheduling disruption.
