Thomas Forrester and Paris Buckingham’s engagement has taken everyone by surprise on “The Bold

and the Beautiful.” Just three months prior, Thomas had concluded his relationship with Hope Logan.

Seeking a new beginning, he and his son, Douglas Forrester, departed from town.

Upon his return, while fans anticipated Thomas would introduce a new romantic interest, Paris was an unexpected choice. Moreover, the rapid progression to  wedding plans has left viewers both shocked and intrigued.

Thomas and Paris engagement raises suspicions

Thomas’ family is happy that he’s moved on from Hope. Steffy Forrester is glad Thomas found a woman, who loves him and wants to give him the life he wants. However, Ridge Forrester is worried his son is moving too fast.

The couple’s quickie  engagement has Ridge wondering if Thomas loves Paris and is really over Hope.

Thomas has declared his love for Paris, yet some people are skeptical. They believe there’s more to the  engagement than meets the eye. And they might be right.

The Bold and the Beautiful rumors hint that Paris could be pregnant with Thomas’ baby.

Thomas has mentioned he’d love to get married and have more kids, something Hope wasn’t ready to give him. But if Paris is pregnant with his child, Thomas’ dreams will come true.

Wanting to do the honorable thing, Thomas proposed to Paris and is ready to settle down with her, Douglas, and their baby.

Will Hope destroy Thomas and Paris’ family plans?

When news of Paris’ pregnancy is revealed, it’ll stun the Forrester family. It’ll also further devastate Hope, who believed she and Thomas would reunite.

As Thomas and Paris prepare for their upcoming  wedding and baby, Hope will be plotting. Much like Brooke Logan did with Ridge and Taylor Hayes, she’s not going to lose her man.

She knows deep down Thomas still loves her, if she can just reach through to him, they can have a shot at being together. Yet, Thomas has declared he’s a one woman man.

He’s made a commitment to Paris and their family, he’s not going to back away.

But that doesn’t mean Hope will.

She’ll chase after Thomas even if it means destroying a family and causing heartache for Paris.
