EastEnders’ Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) have been at each other’s throats for weeks now, with each of them conspiring on how best to get one over on their rival.
But next week, they are both outsmarted by none other than Oscar Branning (Pierre Counihan-Moullier) when he gets caught up in their high-camp feud.
Elaine and Ian have been bringing some light relief to proceedings in recent weeks, as Ian has taken umbrage with Elaine’s new ‘boutique hotel’ business that she owns with her daughter Linda Carter (Kellie Bright).

However, it later emerges that Elaine has recruited Oscar as a double agent to lead a smear campaign against Ian.

Upon realising that Oscar has played them both, Ian and Elaine sack him from their respective campaigns, but his double crossing certainly helps take his mind off his heartbreak.

If recent reports are to be believed, Oscar will soon have another reason to smile when Jasmine’s brother Josh arrives in Walford.
It’s been claimed that bisexual Oscar will find himself at the centre of a love triangle between the two siblings after setting eyes on Josh – played by soap newcomer Joshua Vaughan – in the coming weeks.
‘This is going to be one of the hottest love triangles the soap world has ever seen,’ a source recently told The Sun. ‘When
