Chanel (Raven Bowens) has been supporting Johnny (Carson Boatman) ever since he found out about EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) being missing. But he was so upset that, when another Salem citizen goes missing, Chanel decides her husband doesn’t need to know.
It might prompt Johnny to make decisions Chanel doesn’t want him to make. Johnny isn’t very bright, but even he is going to notice eventually. Because the DiMera Crypt has a new resident….
Lies of Love
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) is not in love with Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). But she is enjoying hanging out with him. And going to trivia night with him. And going to bed with him.
She suspects some of that enjoyment may dim if Philip finds out Gabi’s role in planting a listening device in his pen, and using the information she gleaned from there to help Tony (Thaao Penghlis) get the best of the Kiriakis brothers. Oh, and she also got Gabi Chic back.
On the one hand, Philip has every right to be upset by the information. But, on the other, Philip has done so many worst things, him getting on his high horse would be a bit hypocritical, to say the least.
Great Grandma Knows Best
Ari (Marissa Reyes) was bummed when Kate (Lauren Koslow) told her Titan was such a mess, they weren’t hiring interns. She suggested to Gabi that she might get a position at DiMera. Gabi was wildly against it.
But will Great-Grandma Kate offer a different perspective? Anything she can do to undermine Gabi in Ari’s eyes is a win in Kate’s book!
