EastEnders’ Johnny Carter has made a devastating decision as he is backed into a corner by Tim Walton’s shocking blackmail threat. As the situation continues to escalate, and with his partner Callum Highway’s career at risk, Johnny is in turmoil as he acts against his will.
This week, Tim set a sneaky trap which led Callum unwittingly into his house, then attempted to blackmail him with the damning CCTV footage.
Callum refused to give him the dodgy information he needed, so Johnny stepped up to change Tim’s mind – but he was left shocked when Tim said he would delete the footage if Johnny slept with him.
In today’s episode, Callum was keen to know how the meeting with Tim went, but Johnny lied and said that he was stood up last night, but he had arranged to meet Tim again later.

Johnny bumped into a concerned Elaine in the café and he discretely told her grandmother about his dilemma, begging her not to tell Linda. He admitted that he had told Tim he would think about it and stormed out when Elaine couldn’t hide her shock.
Later in The Vic, Johnny met with Tim for a drink, having agreed to sleep with him. This was just a ruse though, as he attempted to steal Tim’s phone while he was at the bar – but Tim spotted him and foiled his plan.
When Tim tried to convince Johnny that they would make a good couple, he was quickly shut down. Tim declared that Johnny had until the end of the day to make his choice or he will go to the police with the footage.

Johnny went back to Callum with bad news, and his partner prepared to hand himself in to the police. Realising that Callum would be treated harshly and would have a tough time in prison, Johnny conceded that there was something he hadn’t tried to persuade Tim – though he didn’t tell Callum what it was.
He went to Tim’s house and texted Callum to tell him everything was sorted, before heading upstairs to have sex under coercion.
Will Johnny tell Callum about what he did to make the incriminating footage disappear?
