āIām home. I was supposed to come home yesterday, but they decided to keep me in overnight. Minor complications.
āSo I have been home for a couple of hours. I looked very pale, the nurses were calling me pale and passionate.
āI donāt know about passionate, but I am very pale. Iām feeling okay. I had a bit of a cry as you do, but I am okay,ā she said.
BeverleyĀ continued: āEmotions are all over the place, you know which is you know⦠anyway, I wonāt rant on about that. The staff at Norfolk And Norwich Hospital were truly amazing.
āAnd wait for this, who needs Louis Vuitton? Josh, one of the nurses, his nan makes these to keep the drain bottle in, I wonāt go any further than that.ā

Sharing her fearsĀ prior to her surgery, Beverley said: āUpdate for anyone else who is about to go through it. Iām at the hospital, itās the big day, which Iām glad about. Iām ready, Iām strong, I feel fine. [Her husband] Jonās had to go home, they sent him home.
āThereās a few other ladies here with me, weāve had a chat. Theyāve been in and drawn all over me and then I have to go for an injection in an hour and then the anaesthetist came in, Peter. Iām feeling OK.
āSometimes, you get these self-indulgent feelings and vanity but Iām not alone. This other lady said sheās the same. I keep thinking, will I be lopsided? What will I wear? But Iām really good, Iām really strong and Iāll let you know how it goes.ā
