Jennifer Faces Hard Truths About Chad and Cat

It’s JJ’s (Casey Moss) birthday, and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) is throwing him a party. She’s invited Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Ari (Marissa Reyes), Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), and Jack (Matthew Ashford). The pair comes down from Boston to celebrate their son, but that means they also have to face the memories of their late daughter.

Jennifer really didn’t like the idea of Chad (Billy Flynn) dating the woman who pretended to be Abigail (Marci Miller) — and we don’t blame her for that — but how will she react when she learns that Chad and Cat kissed? Because Rachel (Alice Halsey) has been helpfully spreading the news.

And even if she doesn’t get to Jennifer, Abigail’s mother will still be able to notice that Chad seems preoccupied with the interloper. Meanwhile, Jack comes face to face with Gwen (Emily O’Brien)… the only daughter he still has left. Things are going well… until they’re not, anymore.

Brady and Steve Dig Deeper Into Sophia’s Baby Mystery

Brady (Eric Martsolf) went to Steve (Stephen Nichols) for help unraveling the mystery of what Sophia (Rachel Boyd) really did with her and Tate’s (Leo Howard) child. He and Steve even spent a moment wondering whether little orphan Tesoro might be Brady’s grandson, but then decided the timelines didn’t match.

Obviously, someone else gave birth to a half-Asian baby on the 4th of July in Salem. So the investigation continues! Will Tate actually figure it out before his dad and a professional private detective? He catches Sophia in another lie, which makes Tate wonder what else she isn’t telling him.
