HELEN Flanagan seems to be setting her struggles aside to enjoy some much needed “me time” on a solo trip to Glasgow.

The TV personality, 35, broke down in tears earlier in the week in a reel she shared to Instagram.

In the video, Helen admitted she ‘hates co-parenting’ and that her anxiety has massively spiked.

Her post today though showed the star having a much needed respite at Sexy Coffee UK in Glasgow.

Helen shared some snaps of herself posing at a table in the stylish cafe, decked out in cream interior details and warm lighting.

She opted to wear a pink and white checkered dress with a plunging neckline, showcasing her full figure.

Helen left the look otherwise simple, pairing the dress with a cream coloured bag and her natural long hair flowing down her back.

At the table, Helen is holding a fork and eyeing up a mouth-watering piece of red velvet cake.

A coffee is sitting next to her, with the word ‘SEXY’ floating on top in chocolate dust.

“Sexiest coffee spot in Glasgow,” the Coronation Street actress captioned the duo of pics, followed by sparkle emojis and a heart.

Fans of the former I’m A Celebrity contestant took to the comments to share their thoughts on the cafe, as well as their thoughts on her latest look.

“Sexy indeed,” said one commenter, following up her remark with a flame emoji.

“I agree with the coffee,” and “Sexiest coffee spot with a sexy lady,” agreed others.

Helen is a single mother of three, and it’s been proving to be a lot for her to handle lately.

Despite her brood spending half of the summer holidays with their father, ex fiance Scott Sinclair, Helen has been left feeling conflicted after feeling some relief having time alone.

“When they go I want them back and when I’m with them all the time I get really overwhelmed,” she said in another recent video to Instagram.

She shares all of her kids – Matilda, 9, Delilah 6, and Charlie, 3 – with Scott.

The couple split in 2022 after being together for 13 years.
