Taylor Sheridan has another modern-dayĀ YellowstoneĀ saga in the works, starring Michelle Pfeiffer as Stacy Clyburn, but we donāt know much aboutĀ The Madisonās storyĀ yet. The franchise has also teased aĀ YellowstoneĀ spinoff titledĀ 6666,Ā which would follow life on the Four Sixes Ranch in Texas. Additionally, Sheridan will add another prequel about the Dutton family into the mix, with his teasedĀ 1944Ā presumably picking up whereĀ 1923Ā season 2ās finaleĀ left off, albeit 20 years later. However, of allĀ Yellowstoneās new shows, including Kayce Duttonās (Luke Grimes),Ā Beth and Ripās show will most resembleĀ Yellowstone.
Beth & Ripās Spinoff Title Makes It Look Even More Like Yellowstoneās Successor: Beth Dutton And Rip Wheelerās Show Is Called Dutton Ranch

Beth and Rip were the obvious choices to leadĀ YellowstoneĀ if it continued. There was a lot of buzz about Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser taking over for Kevin Costner as the neo-Western leads before their spinoff announcement. Still, while Taylor Sheridan decided to create a new show for Beth and Ripās continuation, the lovebirdsā offshoot will echo the original, with its title as proof. A report fromĀ BloombergĀ announced thatĀ Beth and Ripās spinoff will reportedly be calledĀ Dutton Ranch.Ā Presumably, the title is the namesake of the coupleās new ranch in Dillon, which we get a glimpse of inĀ YellowstoneĀ season 5ās finale.
This moniker sounds familiar, sinceĀ Johnās original ranch was called the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. Dropping āYellowstoneā and keeping āDutton Ranchā makes it clear that Beth and Rip arenāt hiding their connections to the former largest contiguous ranch in the United States. Sheridan leans into Beth and Ripās spinoffās robust connection toĀ Yellowstone.Ā Dutton Ranch is arguably the strongest connection Sheridan could make to the original show and ranch without copying it, especially considering the Dutton-Wheeler property wonāt sit adjacent to the Yellowstone National Park, which gave the original ranch and series its title.
