But Robert isn’t the kind to let things go unchallenged, especially when he suspects deception. The tension crackles as Ross cryptically warns someone about his brother—hinting that he’s been hiding something serious.

Meanwhile, Moira is devastated after losing her supermarket contract. She’s trying to keep a brave face, but with the farm struggling and the future uncertain, she’s at a breaking point. Ross offers sympathy, and the conversation reveals that he had bought some land to honor his father’s legacy. Moira thanks him, unaware that there’s a deeper, more dangerous motive behind that purchase.

The scene shifts as Robert enters in a mood that is anything but friendly. He throws sarcastic jabs at John, who has been gaining admiration from everyone in the village for his seemingly heroic actions. Robert clearly feels overshadowed—jealous, bitter, and increasingly unhinged. John, a former army medic, has not only helped save lives but also staged an intervention for someone close to Robert. Even worse, Robert admits he used the money from that deal to purchase a field—land he claimed was part of his father’s legacy.
