During the recent episode, Suki Krishnan asked him if he was willing to remarry and continue his legacy. Kody asked her if she was discussing marrying if his previous wives were still in the equation. However, Suki clarified that she was asking if he would marry now that he is alone with Robyn. Kody shrugged and said that it’s a firm no from his side.

He made it clear that polygamy and plural marriages are off the table because he and Robyn already failed at it. The option was taken off the table when his ex-wives left him. He’s not ready to put his heart at risk again. He also explained that both he and his fourth wife feel hurt and broken after the collapse of their plural family. She accepted that it’s a tough one for her, but if he gives her some sort of guarantee and assurance that he wants to remarry, then she will support his decision.
