The Sister Wives family as a whole has been going through a lot of changes since Christine decided to divorce Kody. In the previous Sister Wives season, Robyn Brown’s children, especially Aurora and Breanna spoke out. It was about feeling left out by the rest of the Brown family. They said some siblings told them directly that they weren’t accepted as real family. These things caused them a lot of hurt and made them feel like outsiders within the plural family.
The tension grew worse over the years, especially during COVID-19. Some of Kody’s older kids shared that they didn’t feel welcome in Robyn’s home. There were strict rules, and small things, such as opening the fridge, led to scolding. Apart from this, Kody spent more time with Robyn and her kids, which made the other children feel ignored and pushed away. That’s how the rift began.
Sister Wives: Leon & Madison Want To Turn Over A New Leaf! Want To Apologise To Robyn’s Kids!
In a recent episode of Sister Wives, Maddie Brush and Leon Brown opened up about the broken relationships in the family. Both shared that they feel distant from Kody and Robyn’s older children. They also said they are open to fixing things if given a chance. The siblings had an honest heart to heart conversation for the first time on camera after Leon appeared on TV following their transition as a gender queer person. 
Leon, who is also transgender and uses they/them pronouns, has chosen to stay private for some time. During their talk, Maddie said she feels sad about how things turned out. She mentioned feeling bad for Robyn’s kids, i.e., Dayton, Aurora, and Breanna. As mentioned above, they have spoken many times about not feeling accepted by the rest. Maddie said she would be willing to apologize if she ever hurt them.
The conversation happened after Garrison Brown’s memorial. Most of the family had gathered at a rental home afterward. Kody and Robyn’s kids did not attend, showing how deep the divide was at that moment. Well, the filming happened last year. So, fans don’t know how the current scenario is. They are hoping for the kids to have an honest heart to heart conversation to patch things up.
