Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of May 19-23 reveal that teen Arianna Horton’s (Marissa Reyes) secret will bring some drama while injured Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) gets rushed to the hospital. Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will also need some heavenly help, so there’ll be some exciting things happening on Days.

First, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will be more furious with Philip than ever after he derails some big plans.

It looks like Philip may tank Xander’s chances of buying the hospital – not to mention the Versavix vials could get broken if Kevin Lambert (Chadwick Hopson) isn’t careful during his mission.

Days spoilers say Philip will end up badly beaten later, so will Xander be responsible or perhaps wrongfully accused?

Either way, Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) may put Xander through an interrogation,

Once injured Philip gets rushed to the hospital, Sarah may worry Xander took matters into his own hands to make him pay.

However, there could be another explanation that’ll clear Xander’s name sooner or later.

Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) owes money to dangerous criminals and has been beaten by them before, so that’s something to keep in mind.

Since Philip met Doug and covered for him at the Kiriakis mansion, there’s a chance he’ll get pulled further into Doug’s storyline.

That could be the reason why Philip winds up in harm’s way.

Regardless, Philip will need some medical attention while Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) turns to her late husband for some support.

Days spoilers say Julie will reach out to Doug through a prayer and ask if he can somehow help Bo survive his sepsis ordeal.

Before the month of May wraps up, Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will take a walk down memory lane as she celebrates her 40th wedding anniversary to Bo and begs him to pull through.

We should also talk about Arianna’s return to the show as a teenage recast.

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) was thrilled when Arianna called about catching a flight back to Salem, but Ari just opened the door to a mystery.

Arianna asked Gabi to give her money for the flight, which left Gabi confused about why Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) wouldn’t pay for it.

Although Ari tried to act like Sonny and Will just wanted her home to celebrate her birthday, there’s obviously more to the story.

Arianna may be in trouble with her dads and eager to get back to Salem where she perhaps hopes Gabi will go a little easier on her!

Whatever the case, Gabi is looking forward to celebrating Arianna’s birthday with her soon enough.

Since Arianna’s birthday falls on May 21, that should be around the time Marissa Reyes’ DOOL stint as Ari will kick off.
