EastEnders former star James Bye’s one-year-old son has recently met with an unfortunate incident. The infant fell from a trampoline and was taken to the hospital because of severe vomiting.
Victoria, James’s wife, took to her social media to inform about the mishap. She wrote that it all started earlier this week, when the kids were out playing on the trampoline before going to bed. “And I’ve said it before (and I’ll say it again), those bloody trampolines will be the end of me,” Victoria added.

Further, she wrote, adding how she saw her son falling from the trampoline and landing on his head. Victoria also said, “After much crying (and frantic checking of Doctor Google), he seemed to be ok & calling it a day, I thankfully got them all to bed.”
Then she elaborated how, after a few hours, he started vomiting. Soon after which she dialed 111. After taking him to hospital, his diagnosis revealed that he is suffering from gastroenteritis. Well, it is a common inflammation of the stomach and intestines that is caused by viruses or parasites or bacteria.
It Was Like A VOM-FEST, Says Victoria
She further said that the next few days were like a ‘vom-fest’. “I’m taking up the walls, in the door frame, all over the carpet & bum squits galore,” she added. Victor also wrote that they were staying with James’ folks, and their blind dog was also with them.
“Who brought his own level of incontinence & then stood in the corner headbutting the wall,” she said. James and Victoria are parents of four children, Edward, Louis, Hugo and Rufus. James recently left the BBC soap earlier this year.
His character, Martin, died in the aftermath of an explosion that took place at Queen Vic. It all happened during the 40th anniversary celebration. Last month the local residents said goodbye to the fan-favourite character as the funeral plot unravelled.
We know that Martin is dead, but we still hope to see him again on the soap someday. We also hope that his son will get better very soon. Until then, keep reading Soap Opera Daily for more such EastEnders updates and spoilers.
