EastEnders’ Zack Hudson (James Farrar) puts himself at risk of another vicious attack from Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) next week when he makes a serious threat to the killer club owner.

The pair have been at war in recent months after Zack made the bombshell discovery that Nicola’s teenage son Barney (Lewis Bridgeman) is his, following a fling Zack and Nicola had years before arriving in Walford.

Nicola took violent action to stop Zack from revealing the truth to Barney and his ‘father’ Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian), having her former personal trainer savagely attacked.

To further intimidate him, she claimed that Teddy is a cold-blooded killer who’d murdered their son Harry’s (Elijah Holloway) girlfriend Shireen – although fans have since learned that Nicola herself is actually responsible for her death.

Zack has been undeterred, however, getting closer to his son by agreeing to train with him at the Boxing Den. But when Nicola returned from a recent trip to Ibiza, she sabotaged their sessions and also fired Zack from his job at Harry’s Barn.

Next week, Zack spots an opportunity as the Mitchells are in chaos after Harry learns that Shireen’s body has been found.

Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) tries to convince Zack to keep out of the Mitchells’ drama, but he ignores his friend and later issues Nicola with a threat…

With Nicola already feeling the heat as she scrambles to cover up killing Shireen, how will she respond to Zack’s fresh ultimatum?

Actress Laura Doddington, who plays Nicola, recently said of her character’s paternity secret: ‘I think Nicola is hoping she’s put that one to bed, but let’s be honest, secrets like that don’t stay secret forever in Albert Square.’
