EastEnders‘ Priya Nandra-Hart clashes with Callum Highway next week as a boozy evening at Harry’s Barn takes a dramatic turn for the worse.
Priya speaks her mind following the disappointing news that Avani’s complaint against the police won’t be taken any further.
The tensions unfold after Priya and Ravi initially invite their daughter Avani to join them for a takeaway night.
It doesn’t end up going to plan though, as Priya allows Avani to invite her friends over for the evening instead, while she stays out of the way with Ravi at the club.

“Priya desperately wants to be in Avani’s good books,” our EastEnders source explains.
“Prior to this, Priya hears the news from Jack that the police are dropping the complaint that Avani made against them.
“Worried, Priya decides to withhold the information from Avani – and even asks Amy to keep quiet too.”

Afterwards, the protective mum heads to the police station to lodge another complaint, but Callum intervenes when she loses control of her temper.
Matters only worsen for the family when Amy comes clean to Avani, which leads the teenager to storm out of the house.
Later, at Harry’s Barn, Priya is outraged when Callum turns up with his work colleagues. In fact, the mum-of-two decides to directly confront the police officers, which forces Ravi to step in before things get too out of hand.
The next day, hungover Priya is on the receiving end of even more anger from Avani – who has heard about her run-in with Callum. As a result, Priya takes advice from Suki and apologises to the local copper.
Although, it’s not only Suki that Priya decides to take advice from. After a thoughtful chat with Yolande about parenting, the waitress feels inspired to take action. Will her next move repair the fragile relationship?
