Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Belle Black (Martha Madison) will declare love for comatose EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) eavesdrops.

Some sister drama is brewing on Days, so let’s talk about what’s coming up during the week of April 7-11.

Between Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) finding out the truth about his conception and EJ getting shot, Sami has some good reasons to come home.

Johnny is acting like EJ got what he deserved, so Sami may even fear her son is behind his father’s shooting.

Whatever the case, DOOL fans know EJ and Sami had a great love story once upon a time.

It was certainly complicated – especially when it came to EJ violating Sami and getting her pregnant with Johnny – but Sami was able to move past what happened.

Of course, Sami and EJ have had plenty of other issues over the years, including his romance with Belle.

Now that Belle is tangled up in EJ’s twisted web again, that’s going to affect Sami’s Days return arc.

Sami will obviously want to visit EJ, but she’ll find that someone else is already at his bedside.

Days spoilers say it’ll be Belle who’s pouring her heart out in EJ’s hospital room, where he’ll still be in a medically induced coma.

Although Belle has tried to fight her feelings, she’ll feel like it’s time to accept them.

EJ’s life-threatening ordeal will shake Belle up and make her realize how painful it would be to lose him.

That’s why Belle will ultimately make a love profession and suggest that EJ was right about her not being able to quit him.

After EJ’s latest crisis, Belle may admit she doesn’t even want to resist temptation anymore.

EJ presumably won’t be able to hear Belle’s updates in his unconscious state, but someone else will!

Sami will be taken aback when she eavesdrops on this news, especially since it involves her sister and their mutual former flame.

Following Belle’s love declaration, it looks like jealous Sami will struggle with some anger.

This could lead to Sami and Belle having another one of their typical fierce faceoffs as the action heats up.
