Coronation Street has finally confirmed whether Daniel Osbourne or Kit Green is the father of Daisy Midgeley’s unborn baby.
Daisy shares the truth with Jenny Connor in Monday’s episode as she berates her for meddling in her personal life.
Last week, Jenny let Daniel believe that he’s the dad after getting carried away with her own theory.
Monday’s episode (February 24), which is already streaming early on ITVX, sees Daniel seek a reunion with Daisy after hearing Jenny’s revelation.
Daisy fails to correct Daniel and agrees to get back together, but she quickly rebukes Jenny for getting involved and making the messy situation much worse.
In their private chat, Daisy rants to Jenny: “How dare you? You had no right to tell him anything.”
When Jenny declares that there’s no harm done, Daisy replies: “Well that depends on how you look at it. Daniel is not the father. Kit is.”
Last month, Daisy arranged a DNA test to discover the truth about her unborn baby’s paternity.
She read the results when they later arrived, but quickly declared the outcome irrelevant and vowed to keep it to herself for as long as possible.

Daisy and Daniel’s reunion looks set to be short-lived, as reports recently revealed that Charlotte Jordan is quitting her role as Daisy after four years.
Charlotte recently said: “My time at Coronation Street is something I’ll always cherish. After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it’s time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.
“It’s been a privilege to be part of a wonderful institution with even more wonderful colleagues who have taught me so much.”
