Although she pretended not to remember a thing, she remains deeply troubled and viewers found out way after a flashback to 1992.
However, trouble was brewing under the surface as evil Anthony Miligan (Nicholas Day) confronted Caleb (William Ash).
This was after Brenda Hope (Lesley Dunlop) accidently lets slip the news about his affair with about Tracy.
His father-in-law wanted answers about the romance he had behind the back of Ruby.
So the family will brace themselves for a difficult holiday period in the village.
In particular, Ruby will spiral out of control after being confronted with her childhood memories.
She is preparing herself for what is set to be a very difficult Christmas Day on the ITV soap.
But things may get worse as she becomes suspicious after Caleb had an affair with Tracy behind her back.
In Emmerdale, Ruby is also still grappling with her father’s terminal illness diagnosis.

She then turns to the bottle and behaves in an agitated way to the village, much unlike her usual collected personality.
