Now, we know what you’re thinking: didn’t Taylor Sheridan, the show’s mastermind, say “no” to a Season 2 faster than you can say “Yellowstone”? Well, it seems even cowboys change their minds.
While Sheridan initially envisioned “1883” as a one-and-done miniseries, the show’s wild success (and our desperate pleas for more Dutton family drama) seems to have swayed him.
Chris McCarthy, the bigwig over at ViacomCBS, recently spilled the beans (or should we say, spilled the campfire beans?) that there’s still a whole lot of story left to tell in the “Yellowstone” universe.
“1883” Season 2? It’s not a “no” anymore… and in Hollywood, that’s practically a “yes”!
