Coronation Street fans have been left begging for a return for two iconic characters after an off-screen family reunion.
The Webster clan have been a staple of the ITV soap for decades, and even now theyâre at the centre of the drama, with Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) causing chaos wherever he goes.
However, it is the former cast members who have got fans talking, after Sally Webster star Sally Dynevor reconnected with Helen Flanagan and Brooke Vincent, who played Rosie and Sophie Webster.
Taking to Instagram, Helen shared a selfie of the trio, revealing that her on-screen family had come to see her in her current role as Catherine in The Memory of Water at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton.
Helen was quick to add how she âloves them both so muchâ before tagging them both in the photo.
This instantly had fans rushing to the comments to plead with Helen and Brooke to return to the ITV soap.
âHope you both come back,â one said, while another added: âWould love to see you all back together on the cobbles.â
âWe need a Corrie reunion now,â a third agreed, while a fourth wrote: âCome on girls. Get back on to Corrie please!â
Rosie was last seen on the cobbles in 2018, and Sophieâs departure came the following year in 2019. Since then, fans have called for them to return countless times.
Helen recently revealed that she, too, is keen to return to the ITV soap.

âIâd love to go back to Coronation Street, but they just havenât asked me,â she revealed. âI live around the corner, but they just havenât asked me.â
Meanwhile, Brooke is also up for a return, as she revealed last year on the Naughty Corner podcast.
âI think I would [go back to Corrie], I think now the kids are a little bit older and theyâre going to start school. Iâd love to go back.â
Sally Webster and husband Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) have become foster parents since Sophie and Rosie flew the nest, and theyâve had their hands full with the Michaelis kids.
How would Sally cope with the return of her own daughters as well?

Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) has been going through a tough time over the last year. Could a visit from his daughters be just what he needs to cheer him up?
Of course, an immediate return wouldnât be possible for Helen, who is still on stage for the foreseeable future, as The Memory of Water heads to the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse later this week.
Helen is not the only former Corrie star in the cast, working alongside Vicky Binns and Charlie De Melo, whose characters Molly Dobbs and Imran Habeeb were both killed off in dramatic storylines, bringing their time on the cobbles to an end.
With Rosie still very much alive, last we heard, could Helen reprise her role alongside Brookeâs Sophie later down the line?
